Bio

​

Barmanager and Flairbartender Certified professional with 15 years of experience in the cocktail, bar and entertainment business. Work experience in countries like Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile and Mexico. As well as in the area of ​​service, administration, training and advice. Bar instructor at South American level, working in different cocktail and gastronomy schools. Extensive knowledge such as Flair and / or Show Bartender applied to service in bars and shows. Also with participation in more than 50 professional competitions in the continent, representing Argentina (from 2008 to 2019) and Ecuador (2014). Currently a member of the Association of Barmen of the Argentine Republic (AMBA), endorsed by the International Bartender Assotiation (IBA), Flairbartender No. 7 in the 2017 American Bartender Ranking (https://www.rabamerica.com/) and Flairbartender competitor of the WFA (World Flair Assotiation) since 2017 (Skilled Flairbartender 2018 in Mexico).

Throughout these years we have carried out free cocktails and flair trainings, seminars and workshops for bartenders, from the city of Santa Marta and Cartagena with different and important brands from Colombia. And in turn supporting the growth of the union, participating in some classes and activities among others.

Due to the current situation experienced worldwide by Covid 19, we have reorganized our training method, which will be 100% online, in addition to offering a new and innovative cocktail service at home, which will offer a unique and different experience.
